Start Here is exactly what it sounds like... a place to start.
Over time I'll be adding pep talks to match my affirmation recordings. But before we get into all of that, I wanted to start with something a little broader.
Think of this as me throwing a bunch of life truths at you like spaghetti on a wall. Some of them might stick. The ones that don't? Just let them fall off and move on.
In this pep talk, we'll talk about things like:
- embracing who you are
- learning from your experiences
- accepting help
- speaking up
- showing kindness
- finding gratitude
- remembering that your light is still there, even when life feels dark
I don't have all the answers, and I'm certainly not claiming to. I'm simply sharing some of the perspectives that have helped me along the way in hopes that maybe one or two of them help you too.
